Keys Elements To Good Health

In my desire to heal myself I'm constantly researching for relevant information.
I've learned, in this quest, that there are four key elements to obtaining and
maintaining good health. They are diet, exercise, drinking water, and oxygen.
I've discovered the current standard american diet (sad) causes many of the
chronic health conditions we have such heart disease, arthritis, and diabetes.
A good resource I've found is Dr. Fuhrman's book Eat To Live as well as
the films Food Matters  and Forks over Knives both of which are on Netflix.
They should open your eyes to how important your diet is and what you can
do about it.  We all know exercise is important and need to make the time to
do it regularly even if it's just walking briskly three times per week. I've read
that 85% of us are dehydrated and need to consume more clean water daily.
To learn more about the dangers view Dr. Batmanghelidj website
www.watercure.com.  Filling our bodies with oxygen is vital to keeping us
alive and maintaining our health as many diseases thrive in an anarobic environment
but can't survive in an high oxygen environment. This is true of many conditions
especially cancer.  To learn  more about the benefits of filling our bodies with oxygen

Reflections on What's Important in our Lives

As I reflect about  the most important moments in my life,  I realize they're about
relationships I've had with others.  Whether it's been a spouse, family member,
or friend these are  the moments we should treasure as they are gone before
we realize it.   My wife passed over four years ago, we were married  for
seventeen wonderful years, there is a part of me that still aches and longs to
be with her. So I believe we should  stop for a moment from our hectic
lives to realize what we have and feel blessed for it.
