If only the world today could look to understand our world
through eyes that Yeshua had some 2000 years ago realizing
that we are all interconnected to each other in this great cosmic
drama we call living and that we need to help each other like
the good samaritan. Yeshua taught many lessons through
parables that people didn't fully get then and still don't now.
Imagine how different the world could be. In the years since
my leg amputation, I've had the time to study his great teachings
and consider him a mentor as he challenged me to take this
journey which has helped me to turn my health around from
being given last rites to reversing diabetes and healing my body.
He has taught many if they had the ears to hear.
This blog is my way of exploring what I've learned the past four years from my wife, in her late 40's, passing on to almost dying myself and getting my left leg amputated, to striving to find a new life.

There's Nothing To Fear As It's All In Your Head
Ben Franklin once said that 90% of the things he feared never happened.
Fear is a major motivator and demotivator in all of our lives directing
how we behave in different situations. Many times the only things holding
you back starting a business, getting new job, meeting a new love interest,
or millions of different things is Your fear which can be real or imaginary.
Franklin Roosevelt stated," There's nothing to fear bur fear itself " and
his wife Eleanor stated that we can overcome our fears by facing them
until we develop a track record of success. I believe Mrs. Roosevelt
is right or as Jack Canfield has said," Feel The Fear But Go For It Anyway."
Fear acts as a barrier to the full lives we desire but only we can do something
about it. We need to develop a plan of action taking baby steps first and then
slowly progressing through the pain of fear until we see it's all in our head .
I have the same problem with fear as anyone but I refuse to let it control my
life and I follow Jack Canfield's advice remember," Feel The Fear But Go
For It Anyway."
Any comments would be appreciated.

A Word on Health and Longevity
On my journey to gain knowledge and understanding of how
the world really works, I've discovered some ideas that can
help anyone who develops and follows a plan a way to good health
and a longer life. I am still searching for more specifics but I've
learned that what we eat and the ability to supplement lower levels
,as we age, of certain vitamins, minerals, hormones, amino acids and
more looks like the key to a long and healthy life. The Greeks said,
" Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food". Learning,
as I am, how to eat healthy has helped me reverse my diabetes with
an A1C of 5.2 when 3 years ago I was given last rights. Some places
you can start are Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live book , Dr.Hyman's
UltraWellness newsletter at www.dr.hyman.com, and www.natural
news.com. Also focus on learning about how to replace the vitamins,
minerals, hormones, amino acids that we get diminished as we age.
An example is l-carnosine which starts to diminish in our bodies
after 40 and is critical for fighting free radicals, maintaining high
energy, and keeping telomeres from shortening which causes
illness leading to death. Check articles in www.naturalnews.com
to learn more. We can take control of our health and longevity
the question is will we?
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
